In addition, EFSA has published the Reasoned Opinion on the Modification of the existing maximum residue level for pyridaben in sweet pepper/bell pepper and setting of an import tolerance in tree nuts. EFSA concluded that the short-term and long-term intake of residues resulting from the use of pyridaben on imported tree nuts from the US, according to the reported agricultural practices, is unlikely to present a risk to consumer health.
