The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has received several applications to register new uses for pesticide products containing currently registered active products. The active ingredient sulfur dioxide (fungicide) has been proposed in figs; the active ingredient clethodim (Herbicide) has been proposed in almond and in nut, tree, group 14-12.
