The European Union has notified the World Trade Organization of the following Annexes to Draft Commission Regulation amending Annexes II, III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards maximum residue levels (MRLs) for fenpyroximate, triadimenol and triadimefon.As for nuts and dried fruits, the draft sets the following MRLs:

The MRL for fenpyroximate in tree nuts, dates and figs is lowered from 0.05* to 0.01* ppm; in plums is lowered from 0.3 to 0.1 ppm; in cranberries is lowered from 0.5 to 0.4 ppm; and in peanuts is lowered from 0.3 to 0.01* ppm.
The MRL for triadimenol in tree nuts and peanuts is lowered from 0.2* to 0.01* ppm; in grapes is lowered from 2 to 0.3 ppm and in cranberries is lowered from 1 to 0.01* ppm.
The MRL for triadimefon in tree nuts, apricots, plums, grapes, cranberries, dates, figs and peanuts is set at 0.01* ppm.
