EFSA: Captan in Cranberries, MRLs Review - International Nut & Dried Fruit Council

Based on the exposure calculation, EFSA concluded that the short-term and long-term intake of residues resulting from the use of captan according to the reported agricultural practice will not result in a consumer exposure exceeding the existing toxicological reference values.

EFSA proposes to amend the existing MRL set at 0.03* ppm in cranberries. The proposed MRL is 30 ppm.

*: Indicates that the MRL is set at the limit of quantification.
