EFSA: Fluopyram and Spiromesifen Evaluation - International Nut & Dried Fruit Council

The evaluation will be conducted under Article 12 to Regulation 396/2005 (EU Regulation on pesticide MRLs).
 
In the EU, the current MRLs are the following:
 

  • Fluopyram: 0.05 ppm in tree nuts and plums; 1.5 ppm in apricots and grapes; 3.0 ppm in cranberries; 0.01* ppm in dates and figs; and 0.03 ppm in peanuts. 
  • Chlorantraniliprole: 0.05 ppm in tree nuts; 1.0 ppm in apricots, plums, grapes and cranberries; and 0.01* ppm in dates, figs and peanuts.
  • Emamectin: 0.01* ppm in tree nuts, cranberries, dates, figs and peanuts; 0.02 ppm in apricots and plums; and 0.05 ppm in grapes.
