This draft establishes the maximum levels for certain contaminants in food products. However, those products that comply with the requirements that were in force before the entry into force of this Order, but do not comply with the new requirements, are allowed to be in circulation on the market until their sell-by date.

The deadline for comments is July 19, 2020.
