The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published the Final Rule establishing tolerances for residues of flumioxazin.As regards tree nuts, the following tolerances are established. The tolerances of flumioxazin are established at 0.02 ppm for fruit, stone, group 12-12 and for nut, tree, group 14-12. In addition, EPA is removing tolerances for stone, group 12 and nut, tree group 14 at 0.02 ppm.This regulation is effective since December 19, 2016.
