As regards nuts and dried fruits, the agency received the following petitions for new tolerances:

Nematicide fluensulfone in stone crop group 12-12 at 0.06 ppm; grape, raisin at 0.8 ppm; and nut, tree, crop group 14-12 at 0.02 ppm.
