The US Environmental Protection Agency has received several initial filings of pesticide petitions requesting the establishment or modification of regulations for residues of pesticide chemicals in or on various commodities.Requested new tolerances:

Residues of the insecticide bifenthrin in or on nut, tree, group 14-12 at 0.05 ppm, among others.

Amended tolerances:

Residues of the insecticide bifenthrin in or on nut tree, group 14 at 0.05 ppm, among others.
