This action is aimed at removing regulations that are outdated, unnecessary, ineffective, or impose costs that exceed benefits. None of the eight voluntary standards slated for removal from the CFR are related to a current, active marketing order, import regulation, or export act. These voluntary standards and all subsequent revisions or new standards for these products will be available in a separate publication.

The rule effective from February 1, 2019. Comments must be received April 2, 2019.
